KALVYA WATCH believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
· Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Note: "If you get the wrong item or it’s defective, we’ve got you covered—Kalvya watch will pay for the return shipping. But if you simply don’t accept the order, we’ll need to deduct the shipping cost from your refund. "
“To get the item you want as quickly as possible, please return the unused product within 24 hours of receiving it. After we accept your return, you’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let our Customer Service team know on the same day you get your delivery. Just share a quick video of the issue by email or WhatsApp, and once we verify it, we’ll be happy to assist you right away.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
